Costa Rica is, without a doubt, an exceptional and immensely rich country for its biodiversity, scenery, flora, and fauna. Here coexist some of the most attractive species in the world, including the famous Quetzal.
As a matter of fact, in the Copey district, in the Dota canton, you can find the Los Quetzales National Park (76.5 kilometers south of the capital of Costa Rica).
“It´s a special area for bird watching, such as the Quetzal (Pharomachrus mocinno), a near-threatened species according to the IUCN list”, reports the National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC) on its website.
And just 6 km from this national park you will find our Quetzal Viewpoint, where we organize tours to observe Quetzals and other birds. A unique experience that everyone should live at least once in their lives.
